Hotel not suitable for elderly people due to all the steps and was not mentioned in the brochure but hotel picked us up in a buggy that made it possible to get around. Hotel excellent, staff brilliant. Thomas Cook reps at airport on homeward flight very unhelpful , had elderly relative of 88 with us with walking differculties , had to stand in long queue with everybody else , asked a rep why people with differculties could not be puny to front of queue and was told Thomas Cook do not do that here ! I replied that is not good enough and he just replied complain ! I suggested maybe he should mention it and get some brownie points.

Can't right a bad review about this hotel, it was a fabulous hotel! The food was amazing the drinks were great, the room was incredible!! And the service was brill! Could not fault it at all, things to do and a great place to relax! Would definitely recommend!! Stayed here on the 1st may for a week. Great weather, super holiday!!

Not a 5 star hotel!
This is a good hotel with good food and lots of choice/facilities. It is not however a 5 star hotel and misses so many little touches. Service was average and often rushed. The queue for the a la carte restaurants was not really a nice way to start each evening but worth the wait. The only other thing to say is that we felt a bit like criminals in the first couple of days, as by day 2 we had given up 20 euros deposit for each towel and were told a 100 euro deposit would be charged to the card on checking in, again more evidence that this is not a 5 star hotel.
Wifi is poor - one room with free access other than that a charge for wifi. The free access is slow, very slow!

Great Holiday, exceeded my expectations!
I wasn't that keen when we first booked an all inclusive with so many restaurants and bars, thought it would be busy all the time and a lot of queuing, I was wrong. Breakfast was busy if you went late, but the others were fine, the only problem with food was the four restaurants you had to book at the bottom of the resort, Greek, Italian, Mexican and Asian. You had to queue at a single computer at 10pm to book the restaurant for the following night, this queue was long, so we didn’t bother, we had lunch in them but not dinner. The main restaurant is very well organised and the food choice was excellent, different meats each night and a huge selection of starters, soups, salads and pasta, only downside is they only serve beer, wine and soft drinks, so my wife had to wait after dinner to have a drink. The resort is very well organised, very clean, the six eateries half way down the resort were very good, service is not the fastest, but you’re on holiday, so just order another beer! Beach bar is fine, sometimes a bit of a queue. Overall a very nice place and would thoroughly recommend. The entertainment team we great fun, always walking around asking you to join in games, etc, or just say no and they leave you alone. The only cons to me was the beech is stones/pebbles, not sand, all the pools are salt water, the computer system for the four other restaurants and the pool bar, gives you small flimsy plastic cups for your drink. Had a trip to the volcanic island, this is a must, great day out and well worth the money.

Excellent holiday in Kos
After negotiating the airport!! we arrived at Blue Domes to a warm welcome, an upgrade and a quiet night's sleep. The service was excellent from all staff. The food superb, both in the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants, several of which we tried. Our room was large and well appointed and the hotel grounds beautiful and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and my husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel which we would highly recommend

Beautiful hotel very clean but not a 5 star.
Food ok .
Entertainment terrible need proffesional shows for 5 star, no atmosphere
Paid for Sea View but could only see it with binnoculars.
Delayed at Manchester airport so arrived 05.00 early morning and a welcome meeting arranged for 10.00 which we didnt make, no sign of rep all holiday and not even a note under our door to say 'Sorry I missed you at the welcome meeting' or advising us of pick-up time home.

Ideal relaxing holiday
Great relaxing holiday. Lack of tea and coffee in room was disapointing for a 5 star plus hotel but other factors made up for this..
No good for wheelchairs users and anyone who has difficulty walking.

Great hotel and complex but the POOLS let it down...FREEZING !!
We stayed at this hotel in October 2011 and wow what a lovely place, the whole complex and rooms were so clean and spacious. Facilities were great although night time entertainment was the usual! Kids facilities were brilliant and the staff in the kids club were fab...We would and all of the people we spoke to would go here year after year BUT the water in ALL the pools including the kids were FREEZING and I mean as in take your breathe a way and don't give it back. I know it was October but the temps were fine outside, when we asked at reception they said they were filled with sea water. As a family we were unable to use ANY of the pools which is why we would never go back, which is a great shame....PLEASE MITSIS BLUE DOMES HEAT YOUR POOLS.....and then we'll more than happily come back
