The apartment's two blocks are built in attractive, Greek style and nestle in the heart of the Old Village area of Malia. Families are welcome, although June to September can be very lively, as Malia is a resort for those who enjoy bustling nightlife, and the Sarpidon is well placed to enjoy the best of it (while never feeling like it's on top of the action - it is, in fact, 500 metres to the resort's centre). 

The apartments enjoy a sunny pool, clipped lawns and terrific mountain views. There's a sociable poolside bar, serving drinks and snacks from morning until late. The games room and pool table attract younger travellers, as does the weekly barbeques, quiz nights and karaoke. Sarpidon is a friendly base for those seeking a sociable holiday in Malia.
