The complex was really clean and you get what you pay for. The staff were the highlight, they are friendly kind and warm. They went out of there way for us and were always asking how we were. The cleaners were also nice and fair which is really good in Greek hotels as some hotels claimed alot of deposit. The pool was clean and well kept. The food is really nice and fairly priced and they also serve alcohol at the pool bar.
Only issue for the holiday is to beware of the reps. They sell you a package as soon as you land (we landed and arrived at the hotel at 6.30am) and sell a package to you no matter how tired we were. We waited 15 minutes to be seen when we arrived as one rep was busy and we couldn't go bed till they had seen us. The rep was in our room for ages and we were so tired we agreed to this deal and after handing over money we decided against it. We tried to find them straight after but they disappeared. We got up at 8am to find them and by then apparently the money had already been processed (it had only been about an hour of handing our money away). Be really careful and don't be afraid to say no, the events are amazing but the package doesn't save you that much money and the Kavos discount card is hardly used anywhere.
Fab holiday, hotel and staff just be careful buying things off the reps.

Great friendly atmosphere
Me and my mate went for a week and it was one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
The bar staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel right at home.
You were so close to all the bars and restaurants so if you want early nights then Kavos is not the place for you as you can hear the music till the early hours of the morning.
The rooms were clean and had everything that i needed.
I had an absolutely fantastic time here and am already planning next years holiday to stay as it was like a drunker home from home.

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed
Firstly we had to walk down a pitch black alley to get there then we arrived and had to pay 50 euros deposit for our rooms. Then were taken to our rooms, except they didn't know which rooms were empty and which rooms were full, so having walked across a small field past chickens and goats and opened 4 rooms with people asleep in they found us the 3 rooms which were empty although we booked an apartment with 4 beds and a twin room. These rooms were also no where near each other.
The rooms were beyond basic, I have stayed in hostels with better rooms, the mattresses were rock solid and the only furniture in the rooms other then garden chairs were beds. The toilets were rotted and the electrics (stove and fridge) didn't work.
You have to pay 40 euros a week for a fan, not air conditioning because the rooms didn't have any.
On the first night I got bitten like crazy and later found out because of the chickens then the mosquitos are very attracted to that area.
So after two nights we asked to be moved hotel and were moved to a very nice hotel down the road called Oasis Beach Club which has everything you need and still is right on the strip. Would never go to Afrodite again
