Situated up a private track, the beach is 100m away and it's 250m to the resort centre.
The popular family-run Eriva Apartments are set only 100 metres from the beach and are ideal for families and couples. The Eriva comprises two blocks plus two annex buildings, with simply-styled apartments set in a tranquil location on the outskirts of Acharavi.

Room Info
Studios (2-3 people) have living area with 2 or 3 beds (3rd bed is a sofa bed), kitchenette with fridge, kettle, shower room and balcony or terrace. Studios for sole use are available. 1 bedroom apartments (2-3 people) have separate bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, kettle, shower room and balcony or terrace. 2 bedroom apartments (2-4 persons) are as above but have additional separate twin bedroom (some have double bed). Some apartments have extra sofa bed in kitchen area for a child (up to 12yrs) with fridge, kettle, shower room and balcony or terrace.

This was our 7th time at the Eriva Apartments in Acharavi Corfu. The holiday is a budget holiday, no frills, however it is excellent value for money.
The rooms are very Greek, simple but everything you need, very clean with lovely views from the balcony.
The staff are very friendly, hard working people.
We love this place, Acharavi is a lovely safe place, the beach is pebbly with sandy patches, and the sea is devine. I would recommend the Eriva and Acharavi to anyone who likes to do their own thing at their own pace.

We knew we chose a cheaper holiday this year but it was very basic. Towels were holey and threadbare, shower curtain didnt look has if it had been changed. The host decided to hold a family party on the day before we left in front onus 7 couples. The outside bar door was shut to use and we could only be served from the outside. This party should have been on the day we left.
One member of the team needed some customer service training has she didn't acknowledge us or even smile.

Accomodation was clean but the bed were as hard as iron - booked at the start of the season and weather was a bit hit and miss.

We had a superb time at the Eriva Apartments, the staff were really helpful and friendly.The location is great for the beach, bars and restaurants.The beach is only 100 metres and the shops are only 250 metres from the apartments as it says in the information. Acharavi is a fairly quiet resort , but, very relaxing and chilled out. I would recommend this apartments to anyone who is looking for a relaxing break in the sun!

This was our 11th holiday to Acharavi in Corfu and just as good as all the others. Our 4th time to the Eriva apartments which was even better this year as they now have more comfortable sun beds around the pool. Very good evening entertainment laid on by Andreas who runs the pool bar, helped by his loyal father in law Jim. Already looking to book for next year a two bedroom apartment as brother and sister in law want to come with us
Please change the photos on the website as most of the photos you are saying are the Eriva apartments are of a private villa and could be very misleading to anybody who has not been to the Eriva before !

we had a superb 2 weeks in acharavi, flew from bristol with thomas cook, flight was on time and arrived in corfu 15 mins earlier than scheduled. thomas cook reps were helpful and transfer to hotel was good. eriva apartments are close 2 beach and all amemities, pool bar clean and very friendly staff .great choice of places 2 eat in the evening. apartment was cleaned 6 days a week, linen and towels changed twice weekly. can recommened acharavi park, faros, two great places 2 eat. also a great day out is a bbq with captan aris. on our departure would like to particulary thank the rep on the coach( frazer or fergus) for his assistance at the airport as my fiance is visually impaired and he helped us through check in. can highly recommened eriva apartments and acharavi and we have already booked to go back in september 2011.

We stayed at the Eriva on a self catering basis, and at the price we paid I expected the normal very basic Greek accomodation. Whilst the rooms were typically Greek and fairly basic they were certainly a cut above some of the places I've stayed in over the past 25+ years of holidaying in Greece and it's islands.
The whole place felt friendly and particularly the warm welcome at the pool bar by Natalie and Andreas where nothing was too much trouble to make their guests feel at home.
The Eriva is situated mid way between the beach and the main road in Acharavi, and just a 5 or 10 minute stroll from each. We divided our evening meals between some lovely tavernas in both locations and I can honestly say we didn't have a bad meal out, but our favourite (just) was the Acharavi Park Taverna in the main road, with cocktails after at the excellent music/cocktail/ice cream bar 2 doors down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jackster This was our 2nd time at the Eriva. The Eriva family make you really welcome - greeting you as you arrive and coming to see you off when it's time to go home :( and although our apartment was not very spacious they are very clean and we only sleep there anyway as it is so cheap to eat out in Acharavi at the many wonderful restaurants. Natalie and Andreas at the pool bar are fabulous hosts and make your holiday complete. I would recommend the Eriva to anyone who visits Acharavi.
