Only paid £250 for a week so wasnt expecting much. Best holiday ive had. Booked up to go straight back for another week next month. Rooms are huge and clean, best ba
throoms ive seen abroad! €50 for air con & safe, really worth it! Decent size pool you can use all hrs! 24hr bar! Staff are friendly & socialible & really make it a holiday you wont forget! Not a massive place so you get to know everyone really easy round the pool and bar. Nice food! Supermarket just over the road. About a ten min walk to bars - not far at all! Really the only place to stay in faliraki! A can not speak highly enough of millenium!!! Cant wait to get back!

Me and my friend wanted a nice beach holiday with a bit of partying... so we were recommended to do 18-30s... something i was a little unsure about! However we were
excited and counted down the days :) We got to the airport and immediately noticed two reeeeeally annoying groups of guys, drunk before the holiday had started... we didn't worry about it, what were the chances of them coming to Faliraki?! High apparently. And what a 'lovely' flight it was... sat right next to both groups. Delightful. And then we shared a coach... oh yes they were staying in the same hotel!
I would not recommend Millenium Apartments for anyone who at all enjoys sleep; you will get very little. The walls are thin and music is played till verrrrrry late. The rooms were basic... however, we signed up for a self catering holiday but i am raaaather unsure to how we were meant to cook anything. There was one hob, no pans (except from a warped frying pan), no kettle and no toaster. The only thing we used the fridge for in the end was water. We ended up spending a ton of euros on fried breakfasts from the bar downstairs, which in their defense was yummy BUT we might have well have spent a bit extra and gone all inclusive somewhere else.
The rest of the hotel was also basic. There was no lift which was a delight with all our bags. The bar area was alright but not exactly height of glamour, and the pool was a bit of a disappointment. They say pool, i say pond... you know what i mean. Plus it was always full of drunken boys... there were about 50 boys staying there and about 6 girls.
Faliraki itself was beautiful. The beach was gorgeous and the touristy gift shops were very cute. There were plenty of nice restaurants with friendly managers... one in particular, can't quite rememeber his name... he was lovely, he took us out for cocktails and paid for the whole night! The nightlife was amazing, definitely recommend Georges Bar for a fun atmosphere. Watch out with the 18-30s planned events... some just are not worth the money. The foam party didn't seem to impress many people.
I recommend getting a taxi to Rhodes Town... its beautiful, and the beach-harbour part is stunning, definitely pack swimwear!
All in all the holiday was good but not the best. The Thomas Cook Staff were brilliant however, our hotel rep was lovely and definitely tried to make your stay as good as possible. I'd recommend this holiday for big groups of party-goers, there isn't much else to do in Faliraki other than party and sunbathe. The culture is limited. Young couples... stay away; definitely not a romantic location!
