excellent for lazy sun holiday we had a great holiday in egypt. I had heard some bad reports on sharm but we had such a good time we are thinking of returning next year We usually go to the caribbean but wanted somewhere closer to home with a shorter flight so we decided on the royal savoy. the weather was wonderful the hotel and soho square were exellent. the staff cannot do enough but are not intrusive. well worth the the extra for s-class as everything at the hotel and soho square are included. the only disapointment was that we didn't know that we would have to e-mail the royal to get the private transfer well worth every penny. The best service you will ever get in Sharm el Sheikh Hotel location with all inclusive package includes all of Soho Square just outside the hotel - this meant we ate at al a carte restaurants every night, at a different location. The hotel itself is outstanding - clean, wonderful rooms, loads of facilities and most of all, the most attentive and supportive service I have ever received in all my years of travelling - for both business and pleasure. If you want to totally relax and feel spoilt - stay at the Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh! June 15, 2013
Fantastic 5 * adults only hotel We had a wonderful weeks stay at this hotel the service and food was superb and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality 5* hotel . The ultra all inclusive is worth the extra. October 14, 2012
Service with a smile Great holiday, fantastic choice of restaurants in soho square all included in the all inclusive package. Fantastic pools and great service. Would definitely go back October 11, 2012
Much needed break a super holiday.Began at the start of the present political troubles. The staff in the hotel were wonderful and kept us informed of the current news of the trouble that was many miles away in Cairo. Our holiday was affected by the fact that the heating to all the pools was switched off making a swim a heart attack waiting to happen! Towards the end of the week many of the hotel restaurants were closed, leaving little choice of where to eat, eg no buffet at lunch or some evenings. We were full board. There was few guests left by the time we returned to the UK. Locally purchased alcohol was very expensive. At no time did we see the Thomas Cook representative, nor did she seek us out! Given the cost of the holiday and the political climate at the time I think this was appalling! I am a seasoned traveller. February 21, 2011
