Went to Eygpt for the first time this October and although I had read some previous reviews, was trying to keep an open mind. Would 100% reccomend this hotel to anyone, especially those with kids. It was clean, tidy, staff were friendly, food was lovely, except for the snack bar there was not a chip in sight in any of the restaurants!. The aquapark was fantastic and I hardly seen my two kids (10 and 8). Our room was huge overlooking the aquapark, the cleaner was in everyday with fresh towels shaped into animals. The beach was lovely and the snorkling was fab. The whole experience was amazing. We tipped the barman, cleaner and poolman on arrival (a fiver each) as advised by some other english holiday makers and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. We had sunbeds every morning and did not have to queue for drinks - this went on for the whole two weeks we were there. Please note that not once were we asked for a tip or harrassed by staff wanting tips. The themed restaurants were all brilliant. Overall the best holiday ever, in fact we are now looking to go back next year because after looking through next years brochures we cannot see any other hotel etc which matches up to what we got this year.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel . However there was a lot of building work going on banging and crashing was happening all day . The rooms on first glance are pretty ok but on closer inspection they are filthy, shoes need to be worn at all times or you end up with black feet! Nice aqua park and large area for kids to play. The food needs to be looked at as it was not very nice in the al a cart restaurant. The pool snacks during the day was nice too so the kids filled up on that in case they didn't like the main restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would bend over backwards to help us.
WIFI prices are 45 LE per hour(about £4.50)Or you could pay 90LE per 2 days(about £9). The pools were freezing apart from the relax pool (which was heated) .
To end it off I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .
“ Top Tip: We went to Pataya where there are lots of nice shops and not as busy as at Naama Bay.Local mini buses cost around 10LE(£1 for 4 of us)one way.Bargain! Taxi drivers charge you 150LE(£15)one way......

First of all I must mention Walid, the Thomas Cook rep. He was wonderful, friendly, easy to tslk to, knowledgeable and a real asset. He is the best rep we have ever had in all of our travels. We could not fault the accommodation. It was kept extremely clean and when we asked for an extra pillow it was there within 15 minutes. The food was average. We have had worse but we have also had better. The service in the pool side snack bar was dreadful. There were 6 chefs to basicaly cook burgers or hot dogs and only 2 waiters. We waited 20 minutes one day to be served. I would also mention Alaa, the waiter of the reception bar. That man works so hard he deserves a raise. He seemed to be the only waiter who cared about efficient service with a smile.
I would recommend this hotel for families because of the water park. Also be aware that this hotel is on the flight path from Sharm. Its not too bad when the planes are taking off but incoming planes (which only happened once during our stay) are very noisy.

The food was very below average especially for a 4 star hotel. A total lack of choice at both lunch and evening. Every night was a themed night Chinese, Indian, Mexican, etc. but no other option if you didn't want themed food. There was only a choice of 1 meat dish, 1 chicken dish and 1 fish dish (same fish dish for 2 weeks). Breakfast wasn't any better, if you like danish pastries for your breakfast you will like this hotel, there was a choice of at least 50. Childrens corner for food was a choice of 4 items which were also the same thing as the main buffet food.
The rooms were large and clean. Our family room had air conditioning in the main bedroom and the childrens room and there was a fridge and satalite tv.
This hotel is not located near the main resort, just abandoned on its own. The only way to get anywhere is via taxi.

we have stayed in Sharm twice before and can honestly say that this was not as good as the previous resorts we had. The food was poor, the pools were good but the surrounding areas were starting to need attention with broken paving etc. There was a lot of building noise and the beach was a building site by another name. Sadly not quite what we were expecting compared to previous visits to the area. However the staff were all very friendly despte having to put upwith a lot of very rude russians that over ran the resort!
