Wow fab holiday , lovely hotel Staff couldn't do enough for you , friendly ,trust worthy as lost my purse and it was handed in by the cleaners . Food was good always something to eat , deserts tasty , waiters so friendly once they knew your tipple it was waiting for you as was your coffee in the morning on the terrace ( loved that ) .beach was nice could walk for ages before it became deep , great for young families . Animation team got me doing things I would never normally do (Cheers Rachel ) they really made the holiday fun Also lovely pools including a quite pool with no children allowed they don't bother me but would suit some people . Gardens were lovely and well kept and nice to walk though really couldn't fault it and would go back . The only thing that maybe I would like was not so much hassle when walking outside hotel , soon got used to saying no thanks

we found this holiday fantastic .. the food was great and the service was great all the staff where always happy to help us . and they always had a chat with us when we saw them i would love to go again . the only fault with this hotel was there was no evening entertainment . so every night it was a walk to the shops outside the hotel but there was plenty of shops to visit. but after that it was it was back to the room to watch tv. we got told that we could go to watch the entertainment across the road at the sister hotel and we did but there was just a lady on a piano singing .so after that we stayed at our own hotel in the evening. SO PLEASE MR HOTEL OWNER GIVE THIS HOTEL SOME EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

laguna vista gardens sharm el sheik
we had a lovely holiday at lugana gardens spoilt by only one thing I am quite short and suffer with my back so I was unable to enter the pool we were able to go to laguna beach across the road so I could enter on the sloped access to the pool but as our friends preferred our hotel it meant we were separated for a considerable part of the day which was not what we wanted also we all ate at the beach every evening as there was a greater choice of food.and we could eat on the terrace. However the staff at both hotels were excellent we couldn't fault them
This was the only complaint we have.

Wonderful Honeymoon in Egypt
It was a lovely hotel, the staff were friendly and always helpful. They gave us a lovely fruit basket when they found out it was our honeymoon. Being able to us the sister hotel gave us some flexibility as things can always get a bit 'samie' when you are stopping in the same place for 2 weeks.
Was the best holiday we'd had, and we are hopefully going bacck again soon. x

Honeymoon in Egypt
My husband and I went on honeymoon to Nabq Bay in Egypt and stayed at Laguna Vista Garden. Where to start, when we got to Sharm el Sheik airport after dragging our cases to the bus the guy putting the cases on held out his hand expecting money to put the cases on. To which we resorted to putting them on ourselves. When we got to the hotel we waited over an hour for someone to come and open our safe before we could go to dinner, which was pretty awful! The room was great lots of space and the pool was pretty good too. However, the next morning we had a slight misunderstanding with the pool guy due to the language barrier which does make some people in Egypt seem very rude. As the days past the food didn't get any better, we resorted to Starbucks for breakfast, mcdonalds for lunch and tgi Fridays for dinner which are all right next to the hotel. One positive was the snorkelling trip we went on to TIran Island it was brilliant, the best day of the whole holiday. The Cairo by bus trip however was a different matter. It took 7 hours each way and when we got to Cairo it was very crazy, cars and people everywhere. We were on a coach with only 6 English speaking people on it everyone else was from Germany or Holland. The first part of the day was a short boat trip on the Nile on which the guide spoke in German so we didn't understand anything they said. After this we went to the Egyptian museum, this was when the English speaking people were separated and we got our own guide and mini bus for the rest of the day, the museum was good and the lunch provided was ok but the pyramids and sphinx was another matter. As soon as you get off the bus you are bombarded with people trying to sell you things, they will even give you things and expect you to pay or get you to take their picture and pay for it. There was rubbish, and lots of young children everywhere. It was so difficult to appreciate the wonder of the sights with all this going on. We also went to a papyrus factory and we got a beautiful one with two cartouches on it and paid extra for our names to be put on it. We were so shocked when the names were put on by some guy behind the counter with plan marker pen, a total rip off. If you plan to just stay in your hotel it's not too bad but be prepared to eat out. The waiter staff were very lazy, stood around chatting and on a few nights we didn't get our drinks till after we'd finished our meal. Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend to anyone else!
