Good couples holiday
We had a really lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff are all well mannered and make you feel really special with excellent service all round the clock. The variety of food throughout the week we stayed was fab, something different every night, I would highly recommend paying for the 'Romantic Jetty Meal', we did this on our last night and it was a perfect way to round off the holiday and worth the £75 for a 5 course meal for 2 with a bottle of fizz included.
When booking the hotel, we saw that the pictures made the pools look very clean. We spent all week down at the bottom pool with the swim up bar, there were people smoking round the bar and the side of the pool which put us off wanting to enjoy the luxury of a swim up bar. I feel that pool and the mini pool the level below need a deep clean, there were spots of grime, bit floating in the pool and a sheen of grease and oil on top of the pool which extremely unattractive.
Also when booking the hotel it gives the impression that there is free Wifi, this however is not the case- there is an extra charge. I think we paid something like £15.00 for 12 hours, to be honest i don't mind paying this but i feel they shouldn't advertise Wifi if its not free.
The Hotel is on a very steep incline, which is not clear from the pictures we saw. There is a shuttle bus that runs one side of the hotel, but it was much quicker for us to just walk up and down rather than wait for the bus to come. It was exhausting walking up there after being in the sun all day. Me and my partner are fit people so it wasn't that big of a deal, but if you are less able to walk or struggle with walking all together this hotel is not for you.
When I booked the hotel, we paid a significant amount extra for a Sea View room. Upon arrival we were shown to a room on the first floor of the 15 block, I opened the balcony doors and was faced with the back of another block, a palm tree, and only a fifth of my view being 'the sea'. I was extremely annoyed that they had tried to flees me that as a sea view so immediately rang reception to move us to another room with a SEA VIEW. They did try to convince me that my current room was in fact a sea view for a while, but I persisted that i had paid for a sea view so i expected a sea view! They eventually agreed to move us to 1623, which was on the top floor of block 16, where we had a beautiful of the sea and more.
So, my advice is if you book sea view, DON'T let them get away with giving you a fraction of a sea view :)
All the trips that we booked through the rep were absolutely fantastic:- Discover Scuba Diving boat trip, Quad Biking, Swimming with Dolphins and a night out in Soho square.
Overall, we did have a fantastic week at Xperience Sea Breeze but me and my partner have agreed that we wouldn't come here again. We would choose a hotel with a more relaxed atmosphere and modern finishes.

We had a great honeymoon. The staff were excellant and very helpful especially Ahmed, Mohammed in the Zen bar. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Trips out I would recommend going with David on the speed boat to the russian shipwreck and snorkelling on Tiran island well worth the money with great photos. The food was good with Mohammed ensuring we were well taken care of.

great sharm holiday
This hotel was brilliant,
We got there and upgraded to a swim up/direct pool access which was reasonably priced was a good location in the middle of the resort the pool we had was perfect just 3 steps from our room defenatly would have them rooms again.
The food was of a good quality themed nights every night which ment you didnt have the same food every nite like other hotels
the elements a la carte is worth a visit but you do have to pay and you get a 25% discount off the bill but drinks were free as part of the all inclusive.
The hotels location was good but there was no beach and it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as its built on an incline.
The way the hoyel is built you dont have the sun all day it goes down at about 3-4 oclock which a few ppl moaned about.
overall would recommend this hotel for couples as it is adults only which there are not many in sharm el sheikh.

Great place to stay, staff excellent, food good, very clean. Sharm great value.
Xperience Sea Breeeze is a very good hotel offering good accommodation, and grounds with very friendly and efficient staff. The food is very good and and the hotel is run very well, with cleanliness standards very high. Thomas Cook staff at all stages were extremely efficient and friendly. One slight downside was the transfer from airport where we sat on the coach for almost an hour then had a tour of Sharm before reaching our hotel which is the nearest to the airport! Probably would go for a taxi next time. Otherwise great.

Must read before you book!!
My partner and I have just returned from a week there and we were so disappointed in the hotel, it's facilities and it's drinks range for the all inclusive.
There is no way this hotel is only a few years old as it is very tatty and in need of a lot of touching up and repair.
The spa was shocking, the hot tub was cold and absolutely disgusting. I went to get a member of staff to show the thick layer of scum, dead skin and general dirt that was all round the side of the hot tub. Their response that they would just add 'more chemicals'. We then decided to use the sauna - only to find that there were rusty nails sticking out of the wooden seat - infection and injury waiting to happen. Still trying to remain positive we tried the steam room, surprise surprise there was no steam and the door was broken!!
We are certainly not ones to look for problems but they stick out like a sore thumb!!
Sadly the hotel is next to two run down and empty hotels which makes the place look old and abandoned, there is also a lot of building work going on which is frustrating while trying to relax. Also we read reviews about the sunbathing, they were correct as the building is so tall and narrow is shadows the sun a lot.
Saying this the staff were very helpful and polite, I think these people save the hotels poor state and run down facilities.
