    Rated 4 out of 5 by exceptionally clean hotel the hotel was as the pictures in the brochure we had a great holiday especially as the aqua park entrance was included in our booking |The entertainment programme on the whole was very good and the animation team worked extreamly hard to entertain us. Would have liked to have seen more sports for the boys ie football etc. Would recmend this the Sol Nessebar Mare. October 16, 2012
    Rated 1 out of 5 by Disaster in Bulgaria The hotel that we stayed at was called the Festa Panorama in Nessebar however it was not listed above. We got there on sat morning and got food poisoning on mon pm. Meat in restaurant was not cooked properley, me and my son both suffered, also another lady suffered as well. I ended up having to go to hospital and was kept in. We booked for two weeks and I only saw three days before I was taken to hospital and kept in for rest off holiday, I was only discharged at 6.00pm on day of departure. Also when we arrived two of our luggage padlocks were missing and third padlock was open so we had to go and buy new locks, and on our return to UK one of our locks was missing. We booked for a night to go to Khans Tent for three but as I was ill my husband and son went, we asked rep for 1 refund but did not get it.(79 Levs ) Hotel Dr treated me first week but sent me to hospital 2nd week. Will not be going back to Bulgaria again. A waste of £2200. Rep was putting complaint to hotel on our behalf. August 21, 2011

Only spoilt by not having the most experienced Thomas Cook representative and the mess made of trying to book a trip and actually get on it - resulting in a coach tour with Poles and Russians and no english speaking guide!     Rated 5 out of 5 by Grandma and children The holiday was an unqualified success for all ages. Hotel couldn't have offered anything extra to what was provided as standard - superb! Unfortunately Bourgas Airport was the biggest let-down ever and was totally inadequate to cope with anything more than 200 passengers at any one time, despite approx 5 planeloads of people taking off within a short space of time. The checkin desks to outside door was approx 20foot in length with the result that we stood outside for more than an hour to check in luggage. We then had to make our way upstairs standing on stairs for another 1/2hr to get through the two exray machines provided for hand luggage to exit into the duty free shop and eventually outside under tarpaulin over the check-in desks to await the plane. After being called to the gate to the flight we then had to go downstairs through a very narrow outside staircase to fight our way through the other waiting passengers who were sleeping/seated on any available floor space as there did not appear to be anywhere to sit. NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH BACK PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NEVER AGAIN June 18, 2011
