Staterooms
With 999 staterooms, the Celebrity Summit is a touch more intimate than other Millennium Class ships. Over half of the cabins boast gorgeous private balconies and the pale wood and turquoise soft furnishings make a refreshing change to the traditional monochromatic colour scheme you find on most cruise liners. Dining
Dinner in the two-tier Cosmopolitan Restaurant is a gastronomic event with a menu put together by legendary chef Michel Roux. US-inspired buffet style meals are served in the relaxed Waterfall café, which is an endless parade of sushi, hand tossed pizza and a selection of dishes from the main restaurant. In addition there’s a tempting range of poolside snack bars, formal dining suites and cafes to try out.
