If you have already made a booking, have a query before you travel, need to make a change to your booking or wish to make any special requests on your booking, you can e-mail us by clicking contact us.

If you have a 'Package Holiday' booking and wish to speak to one of our Customer Service Agents, please call on 0871 895 0045 (8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday).

If you have booked a 'Tailor-make' Flight + Hotel, Flight Only or Hotel Only after 18 December 2009, please call us on 0203 027 5100 (8am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 10pm at weekends).

If you have just returned home from your holiday and wish to provide us with feedback (good or bad) then please complete our online form.

Once you have completed the form and submitted your feedback to our Customer Relations team they will endeavor to provide, within 7 days, either a response to your feedback or confirmation that the matter is being looked in to.
