Seat Selection
If you’ve selected seats together or our "Choose your seat" service as part of your booking, then you can choose your seats online from 2 months before your departure date.
If you have not pre selected 'Choose your seat' and would like to reserve specific seat numbers or you would like to reserve your pre booked seat assignment outside of 2 months from your flight departure (priority seat selection) please visit our 'Choose you seat' service. Please note charges will apply for this service.
Online Check In
Use our new online check-in services and that means when you arrive at the airport, simply drop off your bag in the designated bag drop area and you’re on your way! If you decide not to use this service then you’ll check in at the airport as normal at least two hours before your flight (3 hours for long haul flights). In addition online check in opens from 7 days before your departure date.
Please note: All flights close up to 3 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays). Online check-in available from selected UK airports and not for U.S.A and Banjul flights.
Advanced Passenger Information
For security reasons the US, most EU States, and other countries now require Thomas Cook to provide details about their passengers before they travel. This is known as Advance Passenger Information (API), and is something that every traveller should know about before they fly.
