The Iberostar Las Dalias is an all-inclusive hotel ideally suited to fun-filled family holidays. Situated in the heart of Playa Del Bobo on the stunning Costa Adeje coast, this bright and elegant 4* mid-rise complex acts as a great base for exploring Tenerife.
Beautiful Beaches Within Easy Reach
The hotel sits less than 550 yards from the beach and there are plenty of comfy chairs and parasols if you want to avoid getting covered in sand. Head to the famous Playa de las Americas if you’re after a bustling beach with action-packed watersports. This is the busiest tourist area around and there are plenty of shops and bars where you can grab refreshments.
Get your bearings by talking a leisurely stroll along the promenade from La Caleta to Los Christianos before heading on to Playa Del Bobo. You can avoid the steps by heading back on to the main road.
Day Trips for Every Taste
Cruising on a catamaran is a great way of taking in the rugged coastline and charming secluded coves. Little ones will love a journey on one of the pirate ships and you can even get a glimpse of what’s going on under the waves in a submarine. All of these can be booked from Playas de las Americas. There are lots of shops hiring out wet suits and snorkelling gear there too if you want a little more freedom to explore in your own time.
If you want to have an adventure on land, there are also several venues that hire out quad bikes, mopeds and mountain bikes – just ask at reception. A bike ride can be a lovely way of exploring the local area with the whole family and there are long winding routes leading all the way to the breath-taking mountainous scenery of Mount Teide National Park. Just leave yourself plenty of time and pack a jumper as it can get cold at the higher altitudes.
The Iberostar Las Dalias features a unique buffet restaurant – The Danae – with four grand stations serving hot and cold food alongside dishes cooked to order. You can also get a great range of food from the air-conditioned hotel restaurant.
If you’re not part of the all inclusive holidays crowd, you can grab any food you need from the San Eugenio shopping centre, opposite the hotel.
The Venus Lobby Bar provides live entertainment every night – you could see anything from music and comedy, to magic and acrobatics. There are some pool tables and the bar staff will even teach you some basic Spanish if you’re keen to learn. Felices fiestas!
