My review of club alibey, manavgat
My son and myself went to this holiday village and ive gotta tell it was wonderful
the staff are so friendly right across the spectrum, from bar staff till cleaning and maintance, the local people there are so friendly,
The decor is a littles 90s dated but its beautiful and we love it,i hode they dont change it,rooms are well equipted ,hairdryer, safety deposite box, mini bar which was all inclusive in are holiday price theres no extra chage for these servics, theres a few tv 5 chanells in english , towels and all your shampoo, handwash and shower gel supplied,(dove)and not mini tubs full sized ones, a fresh towel for your sun lounger was supplied everyday at no extra cost..
Now theres plenty to do here from poolside activtys to the private beach, till the aqua park. Theres archery,on the beech , fitness first centre, Fullsized tennis courts..and basketball ..
Theres free wifi so my son could use his ps vita to web browes and i could make calls back home on viber on my iphone for free..
Food was amazing,lots of choice,from turkish,russian,european,and itailian.
Entertainment was fab at nights, the shows were amazing, from costumes till acting...
German and russian mostly, most germans queued, quite a few extremely rude russian people pushing you outta the way,no efes pills ,but toburg, and its ice cold. My son and me are going back again next year, we cant wait, this is a must see place and a real jewel in the med ...

Rated 4 out of 5 by DonDon A fab hotel, would advise anyone to stay here!
The hotel was extremely clean, food was fantastic with so many different choices. The hotel has its own beach and aqua park. My teenagers loved it here. If i had to think of a negative i would say that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, therefore days are spent in the complex. We was more than happy with this as there was so much on offer in the hotel. The one thing i didn't enjoy was the flights. The aircraft was far to small and very uncomfortable flights. Crew were great though. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by GT67 Fab Stay at Ali Bey
Just returned (August 2012) from a Fantastic Stay at the Ali Bey. Daytime temp reached 42 so Pool and Aquapark cool you down nicely. Saying that there is a lovely sea breeze that comes up from the beach so its not an uncomfortable heat. Hard to fault this hotel, yes rooms are a little dated, but seems a refurb is in progress. Food Amazing, fresh ingredients and plenty of it. Watch the Sunset from Beach restaurant. Wonderful evening shows put on for the guests.

arrived in antalya on 29th June and stayed at club ali bey for 2 weeks with my husband and 2 boys age 11 and 9. On first arriving you are taken to reception which is beautiful marble and checked in, the bell boy takes your cases to your room. Club alibey is beautiful gardens with lime, lemon and avocado trees and the accomodation is made up of chalet type apartments.
The dining areas are spotless and the food is amazing, choices are chinese, italian, turkish, continental a bit of everything there is baby food and also a place for those who want to keep there waistline in check.
There are 5 swimming pools on site 1 which is for couples only, so u can have that freetime without the children.
The animation team keeps everyone happy with entertainment for everyone and specatacular shows like the lion king, beauty and the beast, tarzan, the michael jackson experience and many more.4
There is a waterpark 2 mins opposite hotel with slides for all, also a beach where u can soak up the suns rays and listening to the relaxing waves swooshing up onto the beach.
There is something here for everyone and I would recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by pumpkin Great family holiday
Great facilites, food (chinese was lovely) and night time entertainment.
Room a little tired and curtains let loads of light in as soon as the sun rose.
we had to move rooms (with no problem) to get away from the noise of the open air disco which wne ton every night until 2 30 am not great with a 2 year old.
The water park was great with slides for my 15 year old and 2 year old
Only slight down side was beach it was shingle and was uncomfortable to walk on and the seabed was full of rocks and shelved very quickly with a fairly strong current not safe for my 2 yr to even run in and out on ger own.

The rooms were comfortable and in the traditional Turkish style. The food was superb. Always a large selection which was always hot and fresh. The staff work very hard to make your stay special. The entertainment was excellent in the evenings and the Aquapark was excellent too. Looking to book for this resort with a larger group for next year. Superb.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tara20057 Excellent, its a must!
We stayed here during school hols (end of May 2011 to 7th June 2011. Check in was swift and efficient and the locations of everything we needed was explained to us on the map of the grounds we were given.
The hotel has two main restaurants, a beach restaurant which are included in the all inclusive package and an a la carte which is at an additional cost. There is a gym (fitness first), spa and mulitple tennis courts as well as two large swimming pools and two childrens swimming pools. The main swimming pools are set across different sides of the hotel grounds. However each of the main swimming pools has a childs swimming pool close by.
Our hotel room was a family room with two bedrooms. It was very clean and well maintained with a fridge (re-stocked daily and ai), tv and two balconies.
The two restaurants that we used were quite simply excellent. The food was amazing and plentiful. There was plenty of choice at every mealtime and it was very well presented.
The toilets around the pool are well used but equally they are always pristinely clean.
The aqua park is a short stroll from the hotel (less than 5 mins). It opens at 10.30, but you are allowed to go in at 9.30 which gives you plenty of time to choose your spot for the day! You are able to use the pool areas in the aqua park and then the slides open at 10.30. Again even at busy times the areas around the pool are kept very clean and tidy. There were only very small queues for the slides (less than 5 mins wait) There is also a restaurant within the aqua park serving the same high standard of food that you would get at the restaurant.
In short we had an excellent family holiday, there was plenty to do in a very safe environment for the children (13 and 9 years) and adults too.
The entertainment at night was mainly musicals and other shows which were of a high standard. They did Jekyll & Hyde, The lion King, Beauty and the Beast which we (the adults) and the children alike thoroughly enjoyed.
Do try the cocktails both alcoholic and non alcoholic are yummy.
The visitors to this hotel are mainly russian and german, but i would say dont let this put you off the staff work hard and will make you feel very welcome. This hotel is well worth the visit and we will be going back for two weeks with the family next year.

the hotel was beautiful but not for english people as the hotel is full off russian holiday makers and they are very rude and complain about you children all the time ,i was even blamed for some body else children ,as the hotel got busy with the russian families the food began to cater more for them and it became hard to feed my 8 year daughter as there was not much of a english choice,it is a great shame as this hotel is beautiful and clean but not pushed much by thomas cook, the people who work there love the english and want more people to come there
