New Leadership Team Confirmed For Club 18-30.

Thomas Cook UK & Ireland has announced that Stephen Vaughan has been appointed to lead the Club 18-30, the UK's leading youth business.

Stephen will replace Paul Little who has stepped down after 20 years of service. Paul will be staying with Thomas Cook UK & Ireland firstly to assist Stephen in his new role, then to progress projects within the UK business.

Stephen Vaughan says "I am delighted to have been appointed into this role, and can't wait for the opportunity to take the brand forward in 2008.  I'm particularly relishing the opportunity of working with all of the Club 18-30 team members, old and new."
Stephen started work as a Club 18-30 representative more than 14 years ago.  One of his first challenges will be to set up the new Club 18-30 base in Peterborough, working alongside those new staff joining Club 18-30 and those relocating from its current site in Brighton.

Ian Kaye has also been confirmed as the new Overseas Operations Manager for Club 18-30 and has the task of delivering and maintaining the continuing excellent results achieved overseas.  Ian who is based in Peterborough, was previously based in Bradford, has been with the company for 11 years.   Ian will report into Stephen.
