Local cruise specialist wins 'ace' National Travel Award
A local cruise expert from South Luffenham, Rutland has been awarded one of the cruise industry’s most prestigious awards. Jo Rigby, a home worker for Cruise Thomas Cook, was presented with Association of Cruise Experts’ (ACE) Cruise Agent of the Year award at the company’s annual UK Cruise Convention on board the Celebrity Eclipse in Southampton last week.
Selected from thousands of cruise agents across the country, Jo was praised for her expertise and knowledge of cruise holidays, outstanding sales consultancy skills and for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the right results for her customers year on year.
This is the second award Jo has won in six months, after picking up Carnival UK’s ‘Cruise Sales Person of the Year’ award last December and reflects the high levels of expertise, innovation and commitment she gives to the cruise industry and her clients.
